The Service Assistant will provide a true view into the actual efficiency and capacity  of your HVAC system by using proven scientific methods.

With this instrument, we will:

• provide an accurate assessment and computer generated report as to the factual problems with the air conditioning unit,
• its performance details in percentages,
• what action is needed to improve its performance and
• how much this unit could save you in energy dollars if it were at top performance.

As you know, the performance of the air conditioning system relates directly to energy consumption, indoor comfort and useful life of any air conditioning unit. Improved efficiency and performance also has other benefits such as reduced break downs, reduced repair costs and longer equipment life.

One of the most important facts regarding our service and this procedure is that our field evaluator technician is merely the operator of the diagnostic device which keeps the assessment true and genuine, so you get uncompromised accurate computer generated reports on each and every air conditioning system.

The reports can be generated on a consistent scheduled basis by our evaluator, or just a one-time report to give you a picture of the performance.

Each evaluation and report will recount for you a real-time picture into the health of the air conditioning unit allowing you to track the performance and project the future replacement investment.

Never before has such a management tool been available to the manager or facility owner.

After we perform our diagnostic service to each air conditioning unit, you will be provided with a report that will enable you to be proactive and use your air conditioning system as a tool in energy savings projection, rather than only reacting to system break downs using the typical ballpark and rule of thumb approach to air conditioning maintenance.

Our service is not to repair the air conditioning system, but to work as your evaluator to provide you with an unbiased scientific report to use as a management tool.

We do not expect most other air conditioning contractors to provide you with an accurate report such as this, as this tool is proprietary. Since we will provide you with the report, you can give the report to your contractor and he can repair the system with the recommendations we provide. After the repairs are made an optional retest may be performed by us to track the documented improvements and ensure quality control of the work performed.
